I’m Trevor Miller: a non-believer and over achiever, specializing in fineline Los Angeles lowrider handwriting.  I take heavy inspiration from black and grey tattoo culture, and I’ve developed my style of lettering over the last decade to represent the streets of L.A.- and I have used it as a passport to the world when I’m not at my home base in Venice Beach, CA.  

My journey with tattooing started with a strong passion for custom lettering. As a young man, I was inspired to draw from looking at Mister Cartoon’s work; his creativity and original style was and is my greatest inspiration. A few years into drawing letters, I met Cartoon though booking a tattoo appointment- with the sole purpose of asking to work under him in any capacity. A very long story short; that day led to full-time employment, and eventually after 3 years of work I was offered an apprenticeship under him. Being brought up in his private studio I had seen first hand how a high level tattoo shop was operated, and been around many celebrity clientele. Cartoon puts a heavy emphasis on client experience; whether it be for Kobe Bryant, Travis Scott, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé, Eminem, or just a working class individual who saved up for an investment in artwork- the experience remains the same. Now, a few years after I was given Cartoon’s stamp of approval, I am a full time tattooer with the same emphasis on experience for my own clients

My aim is to make custom lettering; designed one-off, and specific to you alone.  From elegant script, to gangster shit and everything in between. I’m represented by my sponsor Hustle Butter Deluxe, being a part of their pro team of artists since 2024
